I first put in an enquiry on oobambo's website. I still haven't heard back from that enquiry. I ordered a bulk pads and mix pack to try. Delivery was a nightmare on several occasions in the one day the couriers please people sent messages that they couldn't deliver despite me being home and them not knocking. I followed couriers please instruction and asked for them to leave it on my open carport. They failed to deliver it again. I tried to call them but no luck called oobamboo to sort it out and they did and it arrived 3 days later. The products are okay. The overnight pads are very much for a lighter flow, it your heavier flow you would need 3 or more a day. The sticky bits are not the best they detach sometimes. There's nothing wrong with the product themselves I guess but I am no a real fan of the products personally. 3 stars because the customer service person did sort out the problem with deliver well.
